Cultural Voice Box is a network of corporate and community partners coordinated by David Blackburn. For more than 20 years David has worked in higher education and local and international communities organizing a variety of projects and programs. These include festivals, conferences, educational activities, cultural events, and served as a resource for numerous projects related to education, culture, and specified areas of diversity.
